Brennan Spiegel

Brennan Spiegel, MD, MSHS is a physician, professor, and author whose work lives at the intersection of science, technology, and what it means to be human. He directs the Center for Virtual Medicine and Health System Innovation at Cedars-Sinai, where he holds the Gourrich Chair in Digital Health Ethics. He is a professor of medicine, biomedical science, and public health at Cedars-Sinai and UCLA. His research explores how emotion, physical experience, and the mind-body connection shape health—and now innovations like virtual reality and AI can support healing. He lives in Los Angeles.
